The condo features a spacious living area with high speed WiFi, smart TV, and a gas fireplace, perfect for unwinding after a day on the slopes. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances such as a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker, making meal preparation a breeze. Enjoy your meals at the dining table or step out onto the patio for a breath of fresh mountain air.
The master bedroom boasts a comfortable king-sized bed, while the second bedroom offers a queen-sized bed and a TV for your entertainment. The third bedroom is perfect for kids or additional guests, featuring a twin over queen bunk bed and another TV. Two full bathrooms ensure that everyone has ample space and privacy.

- We may have some flexibility around our standard check in and check out times depending on other bookings. Guaranteed early check in or late check out may be available for an additional charge.
- Outdoor pool open June to September.
- We will provide you with door codes for our smart locks for contactless check in and check out. No one will meet you at the property.
- Pack n play and high chair available upon request. Please let us know in advance.
- Our entire property is non-smoking and non-vaping, including balconies and decks. You may only smoke outside and 75 feet away from the building. Please properly dispose of all butts.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am.
- Pets are not allowed. There will be a $750 fine for any unauthorized pets.
- You must sign and return our written rental agreement.
- Free firewood is available in the wood racks outside each building.
- We welcome families and occupants over the age of 25. We have a strict rule of no parties, large groups or events at this property.
- Winter weather is unpredictable. We do not offer weather-related refunds and recommend purchasing travel insurance for any unforeseen events. All wheel drive and winter tires are also recommended.
- Please be advised that this property utilizes a ladder to access the bunk beds. By renting this property, you are agreeing to hold the owner and property manager harmless for any injury or death that is resulting from the use of the ladder.
