Relax and unwind on our comfortable sofa and easy chair, while you catch up on your favorite shows on our Smart TV or surf the web with high-speed internet. Our kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances, so you can whip up delicious meals to enjoy at the nearby dining area. The three bedrooms are all tastefully decorated and include comfortable beds to ensure a good night's rest. With its prime location in Killington, our home is just a short drive from the ski lifts, making it the perfect home base for your ski vacation. In the warmer months, you can enjoy hiking, mountain biking, or taking in the stunning views of the surrounding mountains. You'll have exclusive access to the lower unit of this home which features a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, gas fireplace, three bedrooms and a full bathroom. (Pet fee may apply. Please read below.)

•  This listing is for the LOWER level of our duplex home. The two units do not share any common space and have separate entrances. You may book both units together through our other listing. Please inquire.
•  Please be sure that you have entered the correct number of guests as we may have a per-person per-night surcharge to cover expenses.
•  We welcome families and occupants over the age of 25.  We have a strict rule of no parties, large groups or events at this home.
•  We will provide you with door codes for our smart locks to come and go as you please and for contactless check in and out. No one will meet you at the property.
•  We have some flexibility around our standard check in and check out times depending on other bookings. Guaranteed early check in or late check out may be available for an additional charge.
•  Our entire home is non-smoking (e-cigs included). You may only smoke outdoors. There is a $500 fine for smoking in the house.
•  You must e-sign and return our written rental agreement after you complete your booking.
•  For your safety and ours, we have outdoor cameras at the upper entryway, side deck, driveway and lower entryway. There are no cameras in any of the living areas.
•  Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am. We use Minut, smart home technology that measures volume levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. If you have any questions, please ask. We are committed to your comfort so please let us know if we can do anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable.
•  Fireworks are not permitted.
•  Up to two dogs are considered. A $155 pet fee would apply.
•  Please be advised that this property utilizes ladders to access the bunk beds. By renting this property, you are agreeing to hold the owner and property manager harmless for any injury or death that is resulting from the use of the ladders.
•  Winter weather is unpredictable. We do not offer weather-related refunds and recommend purchasing travel insurance for any unforeseen events. All wheel drive and winter tires are also recommended.
