A second lounge area sits directly off the living room, offering a separate spot for quiet conversation or reading while staying close to the group. This floor also includes a full kitchen, a bar area, a mudroom with custom racks for gear, two Queen bedrooms, and a full bathroom.
- The Upper Level (Second Floor): This level offers a dedicated loft workspace for those who need a corner to work remotely. Sleeping arrangements on this floor include one Queen bedroom and one Twin/Bunkroom, complemented by a full bathroom.
- The Lower Level (Ground Floor): Perfect as a "Games Zone", this level allows kids to have their own space for social time simultaneously. It features a third gathering area, a secondary kitchen with extra dining seating, one Queen bedroom, one Twin/Bunkroom, a full bathroom, and a second mudroom for additional gear storage.
