(Note: This is a hotel-room style unit without a kitchen.)
During the warmer months, take advantage of our heated saltwater pool, open from June to mid-September—a perfect spot to unwind after a day of adventure. - We have smart locks for contactless check in. Your unique access code will be sent the week of your arrival.
- This condo is up one flight of stairs.
- This is a non-smoking and non-vaping property. Outdoor smoking or vaping is allowed, but please ensure proper disposal of cigarette butts.
- We observe quiet hours between 10pm and 8am. For noise control, Minut technology may be used to monitor sound levels without intruding on your privacy. If you have any questions or concerns, don’t hesitate to ask. Your comfort is our priority!
- For your safety & ours, we have a camera in the entryway to the condo. This is not in any of the living areas.
- Pets are not allowed. There will be a $450 fine for any unauthorized pets.
- You must sign and return our written rental agreement.
- The outdoor pool is available for use from 8 am to 8 pm during the summer season, from mid-June to mid-September.
- Winter weather conditions are unpredictable, and we do not offer refunds for weather-related issues. We advise guests to consider travel insurance for unexpected situations. Having all-wheel drive and winter tires is also recommended.
