The inviting space features a queen bed and a twin-over-full futon bunk bed, perfect for a good night's rest after a day of adventure. Enjoy your favorite shows on the smart TV with cable and streaming options, or stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi. A dedicated workspace allows you to catch up on work or plan your next outing.

The studio includes a mini fridge, microwave, Keurig, and coffee maker for preparing light meals and snacks. The full bathroom boasts a tub and shower, offering comfort and convenience. In the warmer months, relax in the heated saltwater pool, open from June to mid-September.

• Our standard check-in and check-out times may be flexible, subject to other bookings. Or you may secure early check-in or late check-out for an additional charge.
• We have smart locks for contactless check in. Your unique access code will be sent the week of your arrival.
• We offer a pack 'n play and high chair upon request. (Please inform us ahead of time.)
• This is a non-smoking and non-vaping property. Outdoor smoking or vaping is allowed, but please ensure proper disposal of cigarette butts.
• We observe quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am. For noise control, Minut technology may be used to monitor sound levels without intruding on your privacy. If you have any questions or concerns, don’t hesitate to ask. Your comfort is our priority!
• For your safety & ours, we have a camera in the entryway to the condo. This is not in any of the living areas.
• Pets are not allowed. There will be a $450 fine for any unauthorized pets. If you would like to bring your dog, check our pet-friendly rentals.
• You must sign and return our written rental agreement.
• The outdoor pool is open from 8 am to 8 pm during the summer season, from June to mid-September.
• Winter weather can be unpredictable, and we do not offer weather related refunds. We advise guests to consider travel insurance for any unexpected circumstances and recommend utilizing all-wheel drive and winter tires.
• Limitation of Liability: The owner and their rental agent shall not be held liable for any injuries or damages to the tenant, the tenant's family, or guests that occur during the tenant's occupancy of the property. The Tenant agrees to indemnify and hold the property manager and their representatives harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, or legal actions arising from the Tenant's use or occupancy of the premises.
