The spacious living area includes two comfortable sofa beds, a cozy gas fireplace, and smart TVs for your entertainment. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, from a stove and oven to a coffee maker. Dine indoors at the dining table or step out onto the private patio, complete with seating and an electric grill for summer barbecues.

- Limitation of Liability: The owner and their rental agent shall not be held liable for any injuries or damages to the tenant, the tenant s family, or guests that occur during the tenant s occupancy of the property. The Tenant agrees to indemnify and hold the property manager and their representatives harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, or legal actions arising from the Tenant s use or occupancy of the premises.
