We may use Minut, smart home technology that measures volume levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. • For your safety & ours, we have a camera in the entryway to the condo. This is not in any of the living areas.
• We do not allow pets in this condo. There will be a $450 fine for any unauthorized pets.
• You must sign and return our written rental agreement.
• The outdoor pool is available from 8 am to 8 pm during the summer season, from mid-June to mid-September.
• Winter weather conditions can be unpredictable, and we do not offer refunds for weather-related issues. We advise guests to consider travel insurance for unexpected situations. Having all-wheel drive and winter tires is also recommended.
