• We do not allow pets in this condo. There will be a $450 fine for any unauthorized pets.
• You must sign and return our written rental agreement.
• The outdoor pool is open from 8 am to 8 pm during the summer season, from mid-June to mid-September.
• Winter weather conditions are unpredictable, and we do not offer refunds for weather-related issues. We suggest obtaining travel insurance for any unforeseen circumstances, and we recommend using all-wheel drive and winter tires for safer travel.
