- For your safety & ours, we have a camera in the entryway to the condo. This is not in any of the living areas.
- Pets are not allowed. There will be a $450 fine for any unauthorized pets. If you would like to bring your dog, check our pet-friendly rentals.
- You must sign and return our written rental agreement.
- The outdoor pool is open from 8 am to 8 pm during the summer season, from mid-June to mid-September.
- Winter weather can be unpredictable, and we cannot guarantee refunds related to weather. We advise guests to consider travel insurance for any unexpected circumstances and recommend utilizing all-wheel drive and winter tires.
