If you prefer to drive, the main lodges, including Snowshed, are only five minutes away. The flat, plowed community parking lot makes arrival and departure stress-free—a rare convenience in Killington.
A Smarter Studio Space
The studio is modern and smart, built around a custom kitchenette with quartz counters, a 2-burner cooktop, mini-dishwasher, and bar seating for two—ideal for morning coffee or light meals. The custom bathroom features a high-end walk-in shower with floor-to-ceiling tile. In-unit laundry lets you pack lighter and come home with clean clothes. The living area has an electric fireplace and a wall-mounted Smart TV for relaxing after a day on the slopes. Sleeping arrangements comfortably host four guests with a plush Queen bed and a convenient sleeper sofa.

- Our entire property is non-smoking and non-vaping. You may only smoke or vape outside. Please properly dispose of all butts.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am. We may use Minut, smart home technology that measures volume levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. If you have any questions, please ask. We are committed to your comfort so please let us know if we can do anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable.
- For your safety & ours, we have a camera in the entryway to the condo. This is not in any of the living areas.
- We do not allow pets in this condo. There will be a $450 fine for any unauthorized pets.
- You must sign and return our written rental agreement.
- The outdoor pool is available from 8 am to 8 pm during the summer season, from Memorial Day to mid-September.
- Winter weather conditions can be unpredictable, and we do not offer refunds for weather-related issues. We advise guests to consider travel insurance for unexpected situations. Having all-wheel drive and winter tires is also recommended.
- Water Note: Our property uses well water, as does the entire mountain town. The water is safe for use but may have a metallic smell or leave orange staining due to naturally high iron content. We provide filtered drinking water for your comfort during your stay.
- Limitation of Liability: The owner and their rental agent shall not be held liable for any injuries or damages to the tenant, the tenant's family, or guests that occur during the tenant's occupancy of the property. The Tenant agrees to indemnify and hold the property manager and their representatives harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, or legal actions arising from the Tenant's use or occupancy of the premises.
