Welcome to The Behnke Family Retreat at Mt. Green Resort in Killington, VT! Just steps from the slopes of Killington Ski Resort, this charming 1-bedroom condo offers the perfect setting for a relaxing mountain getaway. Whether you're here for winter skiing or summer hiking, the location ensures easy access to outdoor adventures.
Inside, the open kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals, complete with a handy counter for casual dining and morning coffee. The spacious living area invites you to unwind with its cozy electric fireplace, smart TV, workspace, and ample seating, including a sleeper sofa for extra guests. Step outside to the private patio and take in the breathtaking mountain views—ideal for a quiet moment to soak up the fresh Vermont air.
The bedroom is thoughtfully furnished with a queen bed and full-over-full bunk bed. A renovated bathroom adds a modern touch, and all the essentials are provided to ensure a comfortable stay.
Guests at Mt. Green Resort enjoy access to a range of amenities, including an indoor pool, hot tubs, fitness center, and on-site spa for ultimate relaxation. When hunger strikes, the resort’s restaurant offers convenient dining options, and the ski shop provides rentals or gear purchases. Plus, the complimentary shuttle service (available from Thanksgiving through Easter) makes reaching the slopes a breeze.

Construction Notice
Roof work will be underway from May through November 2024 and May through November 2025. During this time, there will be scaffolding on the back of the building and construction noise is likely. The patio may not be accessible due to scaffolding. Rates have been adjusted to account for this work. There is no construction work for the winter 2024-2025 ski season.

- The indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, and steam room are open all year. Hours: Mon - Thu, 10am to 6pm; Fri - Sun, 11am to 8pm; Winter Holiday Weeks: 11am to 8pm. The fitness center is open 24/7. Key cards are hanging in the condo and required for access. This schedule is subject to change, so please inquire before booking.
- The shared outdoor heated saltwater pool, BBQ grills and fire pit are open from Memorial Day to mid-September. Hours: 9am to 10pm. Key cards are hanging in the condo and required for access. These amenities are located outside between Buildings 1 and 2.
- The free shuttle service to the resort leaves every 15 minutes outside the condo from Thanksgiving to Easter. We are also only a 7 minute walk to Snowshed Lodge.
- There are Tesla destination chargers available in the upper Snowshed parking lot - a short walk from the condo. Non-Tesla EVs may use these with an J1772 adapter. Overnight parking is not allowed there.
- We have some flexibility around our standard check in and check out times depending on other bookings. Guaranteed early check in or late check out may be available for an additional charge.
- We will provide you with door codes for our smart locks for contactless check in and check out. No one will meet you at the property.
- Pack ’n play and high chair available upon request. Please let us know in advance.
- Our entire property is non-smoking and non-vaping, including balconies and decks. You may only smoke outside and 75 feet away from the building. Please properly dispose of all butts.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am.
- We welcome families and occupants over the age of 25. We have a strict rule of no parties, large groups or events at this property.
- Pets are not allowed. There will be a $450 fine for any unauthorized pets.
- You must sign and return our written rental agreement.
- A community laundry room is available in each building. The condo does not have its own washer and dryer.
- Winter: Building maintenance may access the condo to shovel decks and patios to prevent ice buildups and leaks. This is a homeowner’s association requirement and we appreciate your cooperation.
- The entire town has well water that is high in mineral content. We recommend bringing bottled water if you do not like the "taste" of well water.
- Winter weather is unpredictable. We do not offer weather-related refunds and recommend purchasing travel insurance for any unforeseen events. All wheel drive and winter tires are also recommended.
