With three distinct living areas, four bedrooms, and a layout that stretches out toward the mountain views, this is the difference between a trip where you are on top of each other and a trip where everyone actually relaxes. You are just a five-minute drive from the quiet slopes of Pico Mountain and under 12 minutes from the main K-1 Lodge at Killington.
THE SPACE THAT SAVES YOUR SANITY
You park on a flat, easy-access driveway that holds six cars. No steep grades, no winter drama. Inside, the "pod" layout gives you options. The main living room features a massive brick fireplace for gathering. The sitting room offers a wood stove and skylights for reading or coffee. The lower level lounge creates a dedicated breakaway zone for teens or night owls to watch movies without waking the house.
COOKING IS THE MAIN EVENT
Most rentals treat the kitchen as an afterthought. We built this one for people who love to cook. The centerpiece is a white enamel gas AGA-style range that handles big breakfasts and holiday dinners with ease. You have a deep farmhouse sink, a sprawling prep island, and both Keurig and drip coffee options to fuel your first tracks.
OUTDOORS AND RECOVERY
After the lifts close, the deck becomes your second living room. The hot tub is waiting for your sore legs. The yard opens up to pond views and mountain scenery, giving you a sense of total privacy. For families with toddlers, the small fenced patio area offers a secure spot for fresh air and peace of mind.
SLEEPING ZONES
The sleeping arrangements are designed for flexibility. The "Kid Kingdom" bunk room is a destination in itself, featuring a Full/Twin bunk bed, its own TV, and a wood stove. The primary bedroom offers a King bed, while a Queen bedroom and a separate Full bedroom ensure adults or teens sleep comfortably. We also have a futon in the lower common area for overflow. The bathrooms have been fully renovated. The highlight is a clawfoot soaking tub set against exposed brick, plus modern glass walk-in showers that guarantee good pressure and plenty of hot water.

Notes
- The hot tub is included for the peak ski season weekends (late-December to mid-March). For other periods, there is an optional $195 set up fee. You understand that use of the hot tub is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved in using the hot tub. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from use of the hot tub, and hold owner and property manager harmless.
- Our minimum rental age is 25.
- We will provide you with door codes for our smart locks for contactless check in and out.
- We have some flexibility around our standard check in and check out times depending on other bookings. Guaranteed early check in or late check out may be available for an additional charge.
- Our entire home is non-smoking (e-cigs included). You may only smoke on the outdoor deck. There is a $1500 fine for smoking in the house.
- You must e-sign and return our written rental agreement and amenity waiver after you complete your booking.
- For your safety and ours, we have a camera on the house pointed at the driveway which records all the time. Cameras are not in any of the living areas.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am. We may use Minut, smart home technology that measures volume levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. If you have any questions, please ask. We are committed to your comfort so please let us know if we can do anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable.
- Fireworks are not permitted.
- Winter weather is unpredictable. We do not offer weather-related refunds and recommend purchasing travel insurance for any unforeseen events. All wheel drive and winter tires are also recommended.
