  • Laundry & Half Bath: Conveniently located on the main floor.
  • Upper Level:
    • Queen Bedroom with private access to a shared Jack-and-Jill bath.
    • Twin Bedroom with Xbox and TV, leading to a wood-paneled study with a twin bed.

South Wing

  • Lower Level:
    • Queen Bedroom and Twin/Full Bunk Room sharing access to a full bath.
  • Upper Level:
    • Queen Bedroom, a Twin/Full Bunk Room, and a Queen Bedroom with expansive views.

  • No unauthorized guests or pets. Guest and pet count must not exceed the quantity in your reservation. Please contact us if you need to increase those numbers. Unauthorized pets or guests will be subject to a $300 fee and a termination of your stay. Strictly no parties allowed without express authorization.
  • Quiet hours are enforced from 10 pm to 8 am. Please keep noise at a minimum during these periods. During the day, keep noise levels low enough to avoid disturbing neighbors. Barking dogs must be attended. A $100 penalty may be applied for violations of these rules.
  • No smoking allowed on the property (including e-cigarettes). There is a $250 penalty fee for smoking inside.
  • Dogs (max 2) subject to a $100 fee per dog per stay. No other pets allowed. Dogs that may bark cannot be left alone in the property unattended. Unauthorized pets subject to a $300 penalty fee and removal from the unit.
  • For security purposes, there may be exterior cameras installed. They don't record audio or reach any areas where privacy is expected.
  • No fireworks or hunting on premises, please.
  • Bears may come close to the property. No trash or food is to be left outside at any time. There's a $100 penalty fee for violating this rule. Additionally, do not leave doors propped open to prevent issues with rodents and insects.
  • Winter weather can be tricky! No weather-related refunds, so we recommend travel insurance. All-wheel drive and winter tires are a good idea too.
  • Limitation of Liability: The owner and their rental agent shall not be held liable for any injuries or damages to the tenant, the tenant's family, or guests that occur during the tenant's occupancy of the property. The tenant agrees to indemnify and hold the property manager and their representatives harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, or legal actions arising from the tenant's use or occupancy of the premises.
